Civilians and celebrities converge on West Hollywood to protest the court decision
Thousands took to the streets of West Hollywood after Prop 8 was upheld by the California courts. Celebrity supporters such as Drew Barrymore and George Takei showed up to speak out and be seen. Set list met the D-list when Lance Bass walked with Kathy Griffin down Santa Monica Blvd. And Griffin's mother didn't balk at the long march through West Hollywood -- she rolled up in a wheelchair. Perez Hilton, Kelly Osbourne and her fashion model-fiance, Luke Worrall, came out in full "NO H8" war paint to throw their support behind the demonstration for marriage equality. OURsceneTV was on the streets, at epicenter of it all, to bring you the low-down on the march, the rally and the press conference held by the LA Gay & Lesbian Center.
