FIRST FOOD YOU MADE AS A KID:  Probably chicken cutlets with my mom. Or maybe meatloaf. But, when I was 10 I took a cooking class at the Intercontinental Hotel in NYC and I made Beef Wellington...that was the first fancy thing I have ever made.

HOW MANY TATTOOS DO YOU HAVE: 9

ANY TATTOO REGRETS:  Not really, though the one on my pelvis is starting to annoy me.

IT'S YOUR LAST MEAL, WHAT DO YOU HAVE:  A hot dog from Papaya King in NYC.

FOOD ITEM YOU HATE:  Runny eggs.

ALL TIME FAVORITE THING TO COOK:  Soups. I love to make soups.

MOST ANNOYING QUESTION YOU GET ASKED SINCE BEING ON TOP CHEF:  Does Stefan really have a crush on you? AND Are your scallops really THAT good?

TELL US SOMETHING UNIQUE THAT HAPPENED TO YOU:  I fed a giraffe a banana using my mouth. I have a picture if you don't believe me.

PLANS FOR 2009:  I am going to continue working my ass off and getting my face out in public. You'll be seeing me around a lot in 2009.
